Providing Regulatory Certainty for Development

For most development projects, advance regulatory certainty is critically important. Many projects are structured around multi-year financing and business partnerships. An approved HCP provides ESA regulatory certainty for projects covered by the HCP.  Some recent HCP’s also provide Section 404 Clean Water Act permits.
